I’ve been with Verizon for almost 2 years. Bought a new iPhone 14 Pro to service with Verizon. I pay $100 a month and yet I almost always, constantly, remain on 1 Bar. If I’m lucky 2. Phone calls consistently dropping, poor connection, and slow moving data. I can’t even attempt a messenger video call or FaceTime call. I’ve contacted the Verizon online tech team and even gotten in touch with Tier 2 tech teams. Almost every month I’m contacting Verizon about this. And almost every month it’s the same thing: “Don’t worry about the bars, how’s the actually service?”, Well the actual cellular data service is pretty bad. My phone is always barely useable without being connected to WiFi. I’m tired of having to reach out and will be making my switch to T Mobile.
