I got an email to upgrade my phone and I set it all up through my acct on the app and it said I would pay $5 a month for the iPhone 15. I got out of it and tried to see if my wife’s was the same or not. Upon trying to do mine again it says that I only save $200 and my monthly payment for the upgrade on the phone is no where near $5. Why is this. Did you pull the promotion away from me for some reason. I don’t understand the way this works. 16 years as a faithful customer and it’s always a run around with verizon
