I recently set up a payment arrangement through the Verizon app, as I’ve done a few times before when I cannot immediately pay my bill. But this time for whatever reason Verizon decided to disconnect my service on the original payment date. I have tried to get support through customer service, the chat, and private messages support on the forum. I cannot get past automated robo calls and chats without reconnecting the line (which I cannot do right now). This is just disappointing as I have been a long time customer and feel I have to switch carriers due to lack of support
