$200 Amazon gift card

I switched to the 5G home internet online under the free Xbox and $200 Amazon gift card promotion. After multiple attempts contacting customer service I finally received the email for the Xbox offer. I still have not received the email or time to redeem the gift card!! It has been almost 3 months!!

There is not an option for me to redeem it in the app. The tile has never show up. I signed up as a new 5G home internet customer under the online offer
