Xbox Promotion

We switched to Verizon in December, 2023 and so far our experience has been great. However, I still have not received the rebate code for the free XBox. We activated our internet service on December 28 and I was told I would receive an email by March, but still nothing. When I call, I am told to wait for the email. Anyone else have this problem?

Confirmation email for what? I’m sure I received one when I activated my service on 12/28/23, but no longer have it. I have not received any emails regarding the XBox. When I asked the store associate she told me I should expect to see a tile in the app at the end of February and would get an email with directions on how to claim the offer.
