I did an early upgrade in February of 2024 i received my iPhone 15 pro max and everything to return my device. I returned my device and Verizon even confirmed they received my device in good condition. 1 month later I receive a message saying my bill went up 500 because of the phone I turned in that was pretty much brand new condition. Every Verizon representative told me this is Verizon fault. And that they have to apply 500 credit…yet it stills keeps getting denied even Verizon workers are saying this is crazy and they don’t know what is going on is going on…if I have to pay 500 dollars they officially lost me as a customer…Do not do early upgrade with Verizon!!!
