I studied abroad in Australia in June, so I got the 100$ per month plan. However since then, my plan was never cancelled and I've been getting charged 100$ per month. I literally had no idea until I dug deep into the weeds of my charges. I've blown 900$ on literally nothing, and no one in the store told me, and I can't cancel it or even see the charges anywhere except deep in my bill (having to click multiple different times to actually find it embedded in other things). I also am getting charged multiple times for the same plan, my plan price increased without my consent, it is just a huge mess and no one at the store would help, and whenever I call the help line I just get "we are closed". I just want to speak with a human who can help me, or just be able to do it myself, but there is nowhere I can cancel the plan! It is absolutely absurd.
