First month bill

Hello I’m here because I switched over from at&t 3 days ago. Now when I log in the app I see I have a bill from Verizon for 270 dollars from the month February 23-March 22. How is this possible and is this normal ? That bill is due on April 14th and then a week later I have another bill for 102 dollars. Can someone help me out before I just end up cancelling the lines

When did you submit the new account order? How was it made (online, at a store, over the phone, etc.)? What billing fees are you looking at?
