Hello, my neighborhood is a new construction townhome community that began 2021 and finished up in early 2023. We only have access to Comcast Xfinity, and we’d really like Verizon FiOS to come into the neighborhood. I’ve submitted my address, phone number, and email address to Verizon to be updated if and when Verizon comes to the neighborhood, and I’ve called the 1- 800 number to check for updates, but they’ve been unable to assist. I’m on the HOA board and we’d like to coordinate with Verizon on getting service. How can I request to have FiOS come to my neighborhood? We’re only a mile over the DC border so we’re not in some rural suburban community. Thanks for any guidance!
