After waiting a very long time for the internet home, today I received an email that it was available. I spoke with a representative who did the entire process incorrectly, and canceled my order to make a new one, and obviously the system did not allow it, and I lost the opportunity to put the home internet. It seems very bad to me that due to incompetent representatives, I have been left without internet home, which I needed. This is not the first time this has happened to me with your company. I thought you were more serious about your work, and if your representatives made a mistake, you would fix it. I see that the high price that my husband and I pay for the 4 lines that we have with you does not guarantee us good service at all.
