I recently bought a tablet on Dec 28th 2023 and there was a promotional deal going on where you get 500 dollars off the tablet in the form of a bill credit over 36 months. I ended up buying the tablet and putting 600 dollars usd down on it because the rep at the store told me I would get the bill credit applied to my account and it would wash out the device payment as to why I paid the other 600 dollars as I didn't want another device payment. Well I called in yesterday and come to find out you guys completely removed my promotional deal and changed to 100 dollar promotional deal = 2 dollar a month so I been paying for the device that you guys told me would be covered under this promotional deal. I'm not sure what happened or why you guys switch my promotion around but I'm very unhappy and very unpleased this is not what I agreed to and not what I'm going to pay. I have reached out to the attorney general office of Massachusetts as I cannot seem to get any rep to help me or even knows what's going on. The attorney generals office of my state has informed me this is indeed deception and fraud witch over 1,000 dollars is a Class B Felon in Massachusetts. If someone doesn't call me ASAP to make this right I'm going to the police station tomorrow to file criminal charges against verizon. I cannot get any help I have called 40 times talked to 15 different reps since yesterday I had to take today off of work to figure this stuff out because you guys are ripping me off witch is absolutely unacceptable I am an 18 year member here and after this fraud that your pulling I'm most likely going to be shutting down all my Verizon accounts unless you guys make this right. You guys can take the tablet back and just refund me the 740+ dollars I have already paid into it since you removed the promotional credit that was supposed to be applied to the remaining balance of the tablet. I'm very very upset with you guys right now it's legit 1 thing after another. This is what you get when you hired people in 3rd world countries to be an answering service. I suggest a hirer up at Verizon calls me immediately to fix this situation before I go and file criminal charges against your company and who ever adjusted my account with my writen consent or authorization.
