If you are trying to get Verizon wireless, because you have Verizon Fios. DON'T DO IT. There are numerous people in these threads that are having the same issue. There is an error that appears when applying for the Mobile + Home discount. They will RIP you off.

I have been through dozens of calls and chats, trying to get this issue resolved. But guess what, they "submit" a ticket that doesn't get looked at. It is crazy knowing that I am losing money because Verizon doesn't know how to manage issues. I'm currently looking at other service providers, because this is not cutting out.
