Hello,
I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon on November 24th, signing up for a family plan with four lines at Costco in Woodland Hills, California. The decision to switch was influenced by a promotion offering a free iPhone 14 with each line if enrolled in autopay, which I did. Additionally, there were options to upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro for an additional $3 per month or the iPhone 14 Pro Max for an extra $6 per month. Overall, I switched four lines and received two iPhone 14 Pro Max, one iPhone 14 Pro, and one regular iPhone 14.
The Verizon seller estimated our monthly bill to be around $120, including taxes and fees, which seemed like a good deal. However, for the past five months, we've been consistently charged between $250 to $350 each month, significantly higher than the estimated amount. Despite numerous calls to customer service and discussions with supervisors and managers, totaling at least eight times, each lasting 2 to 4 hours, the issue remains unresolved. Despite promises to rectify the situation with each contact, the problem persists, and I've been overcharged by over $1000 in the last month alone.
Given the ongoing billing discrepancies and unresolved issues, I've made the decision to switch back to T-Mobile and will be disputing the overcharges. I'm hopeful that bringing attention to this issue will lead to a resolution.
