Running a roofing company here and facing some crazy billing issues with our cell service. Our bills are a mess! We got bumped off paperless billing (hello, unexpected $60 more each month), charged for a contract on a phone we bought cash ($17/mo extra), and they even upped the plan on four lines by $40. Talking to customer service feels like hitting a brick wall – nobody can fix anything.
With these hikes, our supposed Military Discount doesn't even make a dent anymore. Our bill's creeping over $350 now, and it's only going up. We checked out T-Mobile, and they’re offering the same deal for $230, taxes and fees included. We've tried talking to Verizon to get some relief but no luck.
It's a bummer because Verizon used to be top-notch. It feels like outsourcing support and constant price jumps for "network investments" have really changed the game. How are you all dealing with this, especially in niche businesses like ours? Got any go-to providers who get the small business struggle?
