I do not appreciate not being able to activate an eSIM of a different phone when I was chatting on the Secure Channel with a representative of who suppose to help me got the device up and running and far as activating it, why why why did that not work out, and they telling me that they could not send me no request for me to authenticate my account via email or by text message of my phone number, Why did I have to go through that of no luck in getting the eSIM activated on my end, today is not my day seem like when I wanted to get help to activate a different device onto my account and I have only 1 line on my account for them to not been able to help me get that phone activated to work on my account. Why do I go through this.
