After being a long time Verizon customer, I was extremely surprised to see that my plan has increased by $7 for my April 2024 bill. This is unacceptable and I will be looking for a new carrier this week. We already pay too much for service.

I have the same issue. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 15+ years and my plan has two lines and I was thanked by being charged $15 for a plan adjustment.
I'm joining you in looking for another carrier. I guess 15 years doesn't get a thank you gift but a thank you rate increase. 🤷🏾
