So. ... Verizon arbitrarily dropped my $25 teacher discount without warning and increased my bill by $50. I was able to reinstate it online.
TWO issues:
1) Instead of give me back my discount on my current bill, I get an extra $25 off my next bill. NOT COOL!
2) Why did they increase my current bill by $50 when dropping my teacher discount??!!! It should only be increased by $25.
I've never considered leaving Verizon before, but if they do not credit me that extra $50 they are billing me, I will be leaving and going to AT&T ASAP!!
