Why you think it is Ok to set a trap to your customers? “Free iPhone” to trapped them to sign a 3 years to pay the expensive plans, and you don’t think that is enough “need to charge more to provide better service”. In fact, you are giving your “3 year contract” customer very poor phone data plan services because you know they can not do anything. The only way is to break the contract and pay full price to buy these “free iPhones”. You guys already losing huge credits from your customers. Don’t make our customers feel shame in you.
