FREE Upgrades

Why can't Verizon offer some type of program where we allowed to upgrade when we want and also allowed to get free cell phones and have a loyalty program after 5 years ..They should offer us something after tyou have been there for so many years. Not offering the new customers more than the old customers....They literally give you nothing this a Cell Phone Company..Not Bell Atlantic when they only served Landlines.

We don't offer promotions with new phones free of charge, these promotions are usually for new lines. However, we do have promotions in which you can trade in your device and get a discount.

Verizon should offer more than they dp when you been there for over a length of time. Verizon always say things about qualifications..What about time and money we have invest in Verizon it should be free upgrades and free phones that shouldn't be hard for such a large company that we customers have invested thousands of dollars..
