I bought my phone at Costco and after 90 days there is a $250 gift card sent and I have not received it at all. I don’t understand. I’ve called customer service numerous times and nobody seems to be able to figure it out. can you please help me I just don’t understand what the delay is. I bought my phone last October so definitely 90 days have passed. Thank you
