I waited the required number of days with my new 2 new internet router services& never received the email with the steps to redeem the offers that came with the new service, (2 $200 Home Depot gift cards).. Spent a few hours with customer service. Finally on March 12,2024 I spent another 90 minutes with ***** and he said I would receive the email in 21 days. That was yesterday and still no email.
How can I get this resolved???
