Retire discount dropped by verizon on my plan

Hello
Recently inquired about the military discount and currently a retired employee from Verizon however, my 25 percent discount was dropped (removed) by Verizon and the military discount was applied no one communicated with me (verbally) that you cannot have two types of discounts looking to reinstate my retired employee discount back on my account (had the EPP) prior to retirement contacted customer service but to no avail

Whom should I contact to get this reinstated
