When Fios will be avaialble in Pepperell MA 01463

I have been waiting for Fios to be available in our area; Pepperell MA 01463 since last 1 year. Is there any timeline when it will be availble.
Given that it is availble to most of the nearby towns now. Why a town in between was left from the serice?
Is anything we can do about it like reaching out to the city if there any City approval needed for it?
