I was just on the phone with a woman named Evie I believe that was the name. I wanted to come here and compliment her service. I have been a customer for 20+ years with Verizon and I have never had a better service experience. She was patient, calm spoke, helpful through out the entire conversation. I called because of a question on my bill. Not only was she able to answer it, but was able to help me figure out the best updates to my plan for what I need my phones for. She was also very sweet on the phone. She spent 90 minutes explaining and checking on all of the questions I had about my plan without a hint of frustration on her end. Just a wonderful experience. I wish all of the reps I had dealt with over the years were exactly like her.
