At least 3 years ago I up graded a couple of my family phones. It took more than 5 hours to get one of the phones setup. About three months ago I go in to get myself a new phone but was denied unless I paid the phone in full. The salesperson would not tell my why and that I need to contact customer service. They told me that I had a overdue balance from when I upgraded my family's phone. Agen over 3 years ago . After countless hours on the phone I was told the balance would be waved. So a month after that I get a letter saying I am still past due. Another 5 hours on the phone with customer service. They told me everything was fixed an updated no balance due. Yesterday I get a Collection agency looking for the pass due balance. Not Happy !!!
