For a little bit over a week now, I tried to get the iPhone 15 pro and switch over to Verizon from T-Mobile. I ordered the phone with a iPad and my credit card charge would go through, and then my order would be placed on hold until I took action. I had already sent them my documents to become verified. So I was surprised when my first order got cancelled. I made another order because when I contacted Verizon and told them what happen. They said it might of been a error for fraud or something and that just place another order and even had help from a rep. Placed my second order instantly my order was on hold after being charged.
Now I got 2 91$ Payment pending charges with nothing I even ordered. I haven't even gotten a refund on my first order yet after its been a week. I just wanted to switch over. After Contacting customer support another time to find out why my order was cancelled. I was told they cant even tell me why it got cancelled cause of certain laws preventing them. After trying to contact them for 2-3 hours since they kept sending agents or reps to me who doesn't even specialized on what I needed help with. I'm very disappointed.
