3 weeks spent with Verizon Chat and Verizon Store to straighten out "myverizon" account. The account that works (they helped me set up 3 different online accounts), lists my service as LTE instead of 5G Home Internet. My device, which is indentified by a NY Mobile Phone number (dumb, stupid, dumb, stupid) is a 5G device. No one has been able to help me change the designation from LTE to 5G. But they did offer to let me return the erroneous device to them.... Am I alone in this nightmare?
