Sudden Change in connectivity

I recently started having speed issues with loading pages, speed tests were okay but pages resolved very slowly. In an effort to fix this I switched to IP passthru because my linksys router was always awesome before I got Verizon Home Internet. Speed seemed better but any page I try to go to that requires a login seems to either not load or loads with just text, like certain content is not accessible. See screenshot. Running out of ideas, any setup I try does not seem to bring the service back to what it once was. Has the service just become too congested in my area???

What Verizon cube/router do you have?

Others have experienced the issue you are reporting WITH IP passthrough. I had to tweak my TCPMSS settings to get the proper speeds with IP passthrough. This will tell you more - https://community.verizon.com/t5/5G-Home-Internet/5G-Gateway-ASK-NCQ1338-Passthrough-Not-Working-Reliably/m-p/1709899

Hey there, Atari1972, we definitely want to make sure that you're able to load the pages you're trying to access. Please tell us, what is the exact model of the equipment you're using? To clarify, you experience this only when using IP Passthrough mode? Are pages able to load outside of IP Passthrough?

It's kind of hard to switch back and forth, I have to change my personal router between bridge mode every time and reset it. It worked before IP Passthru but also after changing for weeks, then it stopped working in IP Passthru. the Gatewaty model is ASK-NCQ1338 v1 and the firmware is up to date. Can you also tell me what the signal strength should be for 4G and 5G? I cannot tell if my gateway would work better somewhere else in the house... it works but could it be better? Would it improve latency? We got Verizon home internet very early on and it was great, then it seems like as more people have joined its not so awesome any more. Maybe there is a newer modem we should have now that this service has been around awhile? Thanks Mark

Atari1972, these are great questions as it would make a difference if you moved the device to a new location in your home. The signal strength has a range but what I would recommend is first, taking a speed test in the current location, then move it and complete another speed test. Where is your device currenlty located?
