Trying to load my target offer. Doesn’t load in app.

To clarify, are you attempting to redeem the Target gift card offer through the app? If so, what happens when you access the webpage instead?

I have the same issue. It doesn’t load. I get a word INTERSTITIAL and nothing happens. I was on chat last night with Verizon for close to 2 hours trying to resolve. There has to be a problem with the Target/Verizon connection. Very frustrating.
What good does this forum do if no one from Verizon responds? I went to the Verizon store this weekend and they can’t help either. They told me to call. Another 2 hour call???

On Verizon to redeem offers. It’s a picture of a target card. Click. It goes nowhere. Cannot redeem.

I had this same issue trying to redeem the Target offer in the app. The app just takes you to a “interstitial” blank page. Instead of using the app, I signed into Verizon with a safari browser on my phone and was able to successfully redeem the offer.
