Just switched over to Verizon from Xfinity and now both of phone have been stuck in SOS mode after transferring my number over to Verizon. Went through the process of porting it from Xfinity to Verizon with an agent over the phone while I was at the Verizon store being assisted by someone there and still nothing has helped. I have been without service to my phone for two days and nothing is working. No one seems to be able to assist. They just keep saying wait, I can't keep waiting and no change is happening. Please help or I will have to switch companies again and return the device if it won't work.
