Fios not available at my address but is available to the rest of the houses on my street.

Is there a way to get this corrected, I am trying to order the services as I am moving into the apartment and I am dreading having to use the slower alternative... I am not sure why the website is showing the service as not available when both apartments between mine can get the service.
