I’ve spoken to three Verizon customer service representatives where English is not their primary language. I’m not sure if the last person I spoke with understood what I was requesting although she claimed to have created a “ticket”. I have a green GTE utility box on my property that was struck by a vehicle several years ago causing it to fall over constantly - it’s a pain to mow around. How do I get this and the telephone network interface box on the side of my house removed? Thank you.
