So when does it end? Been told by several people and emails that it's taken care of . Nope you charged me a extra $900 auto draft for a phone that had been confirmed returned via tracking and by several agents.. I have logged over 2 dozen phone calls spanimg at leat 30 plus hours. All saying It's taken care of. But bank account says differently..
Had a extremely rude rep tell me I had to pay it . After possessing several emails tracking etc saying it will be corrected from my account. I cant seem to get a real supervisor on the line . My time is worth something! Majority of.phome calls all stated it was corrected. But they still.charged me .... I am blown away by the lack of professionalism of Verizon! Any advice ! They keep saying im right but bill.says otherwise!!!
