New iPhone15 Not Receiving Calls Nor Voicemails

Hi! I just switched from T-Mobile to Verizon this morning and noticed that I have not received calls nor voicemails since (people have advised that they have called and left messages). I am able to send and receive texts so far, and also make calls. I suspect the calls and voicemails might be going to the T-Mobile service still.

How can I resolve this? Thanks for any assistance/information.

, hopefully your port has completed and everything's working fine now. From what you're describing, it was just taking a while for the port to finalize. When the process is ongoing, yes, calls are going to be working oddly because at least some of them will still be going through the old carrier. But in my experience being a customer at both Verizon and T-Mobile (and porting back and forth between the 2 twice), usually porting between them happens really fast, so I'm not sure why it's taking a while for you. If you're still having problems as of now, I'd first contact T-Mobile and make sure they released your number. If there was some kind of account problem they could still be holding your number. Is your iPhone unlocked?

Verizon's Porting Department can be reached at 888.844.7095. If there's a porting issue on Verizon's side, maybe they just need to re-sync your phone a different way, or change some provisioning settings.
