Verizon in store agent set up Military Discount before check that I already had a 55+Loyalty discount, when he found out he said I could have both discounts. Then they eliminated the larger 55+ discount. Store agent told me he had called the discount department and they were going to fix this and get be back to the $40 amount, that did not happen.
I have talked Customer Loyalty Discount Department agent and she change me to another discount 22% which is more than the Military but less than the 55+ and stated several times that I could keep both. Next bill now shows just the 22% discount and I am still getting less than I had when original Verizon agent changed account when he should not have.
Who do I need to talk to next to get real action?
