Happy Tuesday! Being on top of your account is crucial, especially if you are managing our offers. We want to clear things up.
Online only, refers to deals only available through our official website (vzw.com; must be purchased online / through the website). Device payment or retail price, means you can do an agreement or purchase it at full retail price. New line, indicates you need to add a new number or new account (upgrades on existing lines would not be eligible). If the promotions mentions certain plan, this means only specific packages qualify for the discount.
For more info, check out our our deals page: https://www.verizon.com/deals/.
Hope this cleared things up.

I understand that it is a deal for new line and purchasing it online. What I am asking is if I can purchase the phone at retail value and still get the credits applied to my account over 36 months. The language indicates to me that you can either have it on device payments for 36 months OR buy it outright and then have the retail price credited back to my account over 36 months. I'm asking if you can get the 36 months agreement per se, either by paying upfront or putting it on device payments. If I buy the phones outright thru my credit card, I receive extra warranty and purchase protection.
Great question, yes, if you make a qualifying device purchase and meet the plan requirements for this promotion, the discount is applied as a recurring bill credit over 36 months whether you are on a device payment plan or paying full retail price.
