We received our new set top boxes and when we try to install the main box, we get an error on the screen “Your file was not found, it may have been moved or deleted” Anyone else get this. WiFi still working. Tried unplugging, resetting, etc.

I'd call billing and have them reauthorize your account. Sounds like the box is not initializing.

Which settop boxes are they? Fios One 4100 boxes or the newer stream boxes? Did you try calling support and reporting the problem? did you try powercycling the router and the boxes?
