Hands down the worst department I've ever dealt with. Every person told me something else. And I have to pay for their lies and mistake. They have hung up on me multiple times as they go to "transfer" me to a different department. Because of their incompetence and lack of accountability, I get to pay $965.00. And after I have seen other people's posts and their horrible reviews, I am shocked that Verizon doesn't even appempt to right their wrongs. How those people sleep at night is beyond me. Being a loyal customer for 15 plus yrs, doesnt matter to them. They're arrogant and not trained at all in customer service, their own system, and have zero empathy. I can only hope that their business tanks.
