I picked up my 5G internet in late 2023. at that time I was promised a echo 10 or a gift card. which I was looking forward too. I was told I would be contacted when the time comes to redeem. I was never contacted. all my interactions have normally been through text messages. when I went into my local Verizon store the sales rep said they emailed me to an old email account I don't use anymore, time has expired and there is nothing she can do. Did I really miss out?
