Costco Verizon $100 rebate Card Offer

I am having the same experience many others have had from buying new phone from the Verizon kiosk in Costco. I bought three (3) phones back in September/October of 2023 and have not received the promised gift card as if 5/2/2025. Is there a solution I can seek or am I just another casualty?
