calling US mobile phone while they are traveling

I want to call/text someone who lives in US, has US Verizon account, and is traveling. I think the format to enter for the text or the call is:

011309999999999 011 is prefix, 30 is country code (Greece) and the 9's represent this person's 10 digit US phone number. Am I correct?

Great question. You can call a customer outside of the country by dialing normally, the call will route to them no matter where they are as long as they have service. ~Peter
