I have been trying to get a shipping label to return a defective 5g home internet box for over 3 months now and after 6 customer service calls. I was already charge the $200 disconnect fee for not returning the box within 30 days. On one occasion, they did send me the return box but without a shipping label and they refuse to email it to me. Each time they promised delivery of the label within 4-7 days and never get it. I’m beginning to think it is intentional so they can hold onto the money charged.
