months ago I requested the new iPhone pro max in white and they were going to deliver it, they scheduled a delivery and I’ve never gotten the device, called customer support and they said don’t worry we will have to cancel and give you a new device, so went ahead and did that, arrange to get it at a store and went and picked it up, and everything good until lately I’ve noticed I’ve been missing money looking at my bills and plans and have seen that I’ve been paying for a device and plan I’ve never gotten, I’m furious because I’ve been wasting so much money, and at this time they have the customer service number closed, I need help asap.
