Chat icon just spins when I click on it. It's been this way for months. Why?

Mine is the exact same way. My app and phone are updated. Yet i cant contact a soul.
My app and phone are up to date and I can't get the chat to work either. I've tried to log on to my computer as well and it goes back to my phone EVERY TIME. UNHELPFUL!!!!!

Cant chat because keeps spinning, cant talk to an actual human on the phone and store associates cant help either....love paying close to $300 a month and getting no helping with issues

All 3 of my phone lines are Stuck in SOS . Verizon chat will not work on my phone or pc. I can log in because I can’t receive texts for my login code -please help
