Why is it so difficult to get a port out pin? I have been trying for awhile and I'm literally going in circles. This is very frustrating. I need an actual person to walk me through it.

If you're a prepaid customer, the process Tikibar posted above does not work. A former Verizon employee told me prepaid customers have to go to a Verizon store to ask for the transfer PIN, as I had the same experience as the OP with going nowhere online because the prepaid accounts are set up differently.
