I got 5g internet on Dec 15 2023. I spoke with someone on the phone about activating my internet she told me to claim my Xbox now because they were backordered. I did so and I still haven’t received my Xbox. I have called three times and every time they say they are sending it but I never get confirmation and the people I’m talking to are always foreign in a foreign country and they really have no idea what’s going on. It’s like they have a specific script they are reading from and are just lying to me to get me off the phone. What do I have to do to get the Xbox? I wouldn’t have gotten the internet if it weren’t for the promotion. I already had internet but decided I would switch to Verizon for the promotion. Who do I need to talk to? This is extremely annoying
