Two $200 verizon gift card & target gift card

I was able to redeem one of the Verizon gift cards. With the second Verizon gift card its an error that it can not be added.

The target gift card link gives me an error of :

Please call (833)215-2644 and reference the following info, when I talk they say its a known issues and will be resolved in 4hrs....how do you know that?
