$200 target gift card rebate

Trying to register for the $200 Target gift card rebate and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone who can help. I’ve been transferred three times. I found the promo code in other forum discussions here but it says my promo code doesn’t match my order date but I got my order date directly from my bill. Has anyone else had any luck actually receiving this promotion? Very disappointed in Verizon customer service

Kinhill1, it's great you're able to take advantage of the $200 Target gift card. I shop there regularlly and yeah if I had one, I'd find plenty to spend it on there. I want you to be able to get the card and use it. We ran two different Target promotions recently, and they have some different ways and timeframes to how you can claim them. To help make sure I get you the steps for the right one, can you give me a rough idea of what your puchased to qualify and when you bough it? That will let me confirm which promo steps you should be following.
