There are two wires hanging down low to the ground onto the sidewalk in front of our house after a tree was cut down. We contacted our local electric company who came and told us that the two wires were Verizon's. We tried to call Verizon but could not get in touch with a live person (we don't have a Verizon account). These wires could be a tripping hazard and dangerous. Who do we contact at Verizon to get this addressed as soon as possible?
