I received two emails, one to redeem my Nintendo switch, and one to redeem a target gift card. I’ve seen the tiles the whole 65 days I’ve had the internet service and now they are gone just like every one else. What’s going on and how do I redeem??

If you do qualify, and have not been able to claim the reward, please wait 5-7 business days before trying to redeem the reward. Our IT team is aware of the issue, and working towards a resolution. I have the same issue except for 5/12. Same deal, I’ve been watching both of them say wait until 5/12 to redeem and they are both missing as of yesterday. Can you help me too?
Same issue. I was supposed to be able redeem a free switch and $200 target gift card and now they have disappeared under make the most of your plan. 5/11 was my redeem by date.
Same issue. Mine showed for 2 months saying redeem on 5/9. Then on 5/9 they disappeared. I got the emails but no option to redeem.
